Mantri Realty to invest Rs 100 crore in Kolhapur real estate development
 
Kolhapur, India, September 13, 2007 - Real estate developer Mantri Realty is to set up the first IT Park in Kolhapur at a cost of Rs 20 crore. In addition the firm plans to invest a further Rs 80 crore to set up a 3-5 lakh sq ft mall and a 100-acre residential complex in Kolhapur.
According to its Chairman, Sunil Mantri, Kolhapur is a cash-rich and growing town and this investment is part of Mantri Realty's strategy to expand in Tier II cities in Maharashtra. The company is also looking to create a similar IT park in Sangli and Miraj.
